What to write about

We cannot restore game progress: saves and unlocks live only in your own browser, and the weekly leaderboard scores we receive are not enough to rebuild them.
What to expect when you write
Every game on the site is made by us, so a report about a game reaches the people who can fix it. The most useful message names the game, the device and browser you were using, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot helps when something looks wrong; a short description of the steps helps when something behaves wrong.
We read everything, but we cannot recover lost progress: saves live in your own browser rather than in an account on our servers, which is also why nothing here asks you to create an account. Clearing site data or switching devices starts a game fresh, and the weekly leaderboard scores we receive are not enough to restore a save.
Business, licensing and press questions are welcome at the same address. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other personal information by email; nothing on this site needs them.
