Defense games put something behind you that must not fall: a wall, a gate, a camp, a line across the map. The attack comes from one side and your job is to stop it before it gets through, so every choice is measured against one question: does the line hold?

The skill is in where you put your strength. Some defenses are built before the attack and then left to work, others are held by hand in real time, and many mix the two: you place, you upgrade, you step in where the line is thin. Reading which side is about to break is what separates a close win from a loss.

A defense round has a clear end, either the attack runs out or the line gives way, which makes it easy to fit into a short break. Built defenses and earned upgrades are saved on your device, and nothing needs an account or a download.
