Survival games ask one question: how long can you last? Waves arrive, resources shrink, the space gets smaller, and the game is over when you finally cannot keep up. The score is time, or waves, or distance, and there is no winning, only surviving longer than last time.
Rising pressure is the core design. The first minute is manageable so you can learn the systems; by the fifth the game is throwing everything it has at you. Good runs come from spending the calm early stretch preparing for the storm.
Runs are self-contained and short enough to retry immediately. Your best survival records are saved on your device, and several games post to a weekly leaderboard that resets every Monday.
