Drive into the glowing bay and stop. You are parked when the whole car is inside the lines, it points the way the car icon in the bay shows (within about twelve degrees), and it stays still for a moment. The bay turns amber once the car is inside the lines and bright white when it counts as parked.

One star for parking, one for not touching anything, and one for finishing straight and centred in the lines. A clean, square park earns all three. Replay any level from the Levels list to improve it.

The car stops and a scratch is counted. In the Open Lot chapter scratches are free. From Reverse Bays on, three scratches end the attempt and you retry the same lot. The parking sensor beeps faster as you get close, which is the best way to avoid them.

Drag the steering wheel in the bottom left corner round to steer; it springs back to centre when you let go. Hold the green pedal to drive and the red pedal to brake. To back up, tap the D/R button into R and hold green again; tap it back to D to go forward. The camera button cycles chase, driver’s-seat and top views, and dragging an empty part of the screen looks around.

Yes. Press C or the camera button until the driver’s-seat view comes up: you see the dials, the centre screen and three working mirrors that show what is behind you, the steering wheel turns with your steering, and the car’s corners are as hard to judge as in a real one. Drag the scene to turn your head, or switch to the top view for a check.

They are guide lines, like a reversing camera’s. They trace where the front corners go when you drive forward, and the rear corners when you back up, for the wheel as it is right now. The first metre is red, the next metre and a half yellow, and the rest green. They appear only on the first level, to show how the corners swing, and they never cost a star.

On the Parallel Street levels, yes. They are set on a two-way city street: cars come down the far lane, and if your nose swings out in front of one it stops, honks and waits, with the cars behind it queueing up. Nobody drives into you, so the question is only when to pull out. People walk along both pavements while you park, and the night levels keep a car or two moving through the lanes as well.

They unlock after level 20. At a hotel entrance you park guests’ cars, walk back, and return each car when its owner comes out. Tips shrink the longer a guest waits and drop with every scratch. Tips buy valet upgrades: running shoes, bigger tips, patient guests and cheaper scratches.

Yes. It runs in the browser on phones and desktops with no download and no account. An optional short video doubles a valet shift’s tips, and nothing is ever bought with real money.
