Hold the button to shoot a line at the nearest ring ahead and swing under it; let go to fly. On a phone hold anywhere on the screen, on a desktop hold any key - Space, J, whichever is under your hand. That is the only control - the same button also fires you upwards when you tap it over a ground bumper.

The line winds in while you hold, so every swing gets tighter and faster. It also heats up: the line turns orange, then red, then burns through and drops you. The Line card gives you more time; the sound and the colour tell you how close you are.

Letting go just past the bottom of the arc, as you start to swing up; in your first runs a yellow ring on the arc shows where. It pays three coins and gives the farthest launch. Release at the very bottom and you fly flat and drop to the ground; release late and you climb but do not travel.

Three of the five upgrades are offered after each run and coins buy one: Reel (line winds faster), Grip (grab from farther away), Line (longer before it burns through), Net (a safety net that catches one fall - you start without one) and Launch (faster, higher start). Each has eight levels and they are kept between runs.

The daily map gives every player the same rings for the day, with its own best distance. The online race puts up to four players on the same 900 metres of line at the same time; seats that nobody takes are filled by local rivals, so a race always starts, and falling costs you a short respawn instead of the run.
